Jon Cromwell, President

Jon has been in construction for over 25 years. He excels in multiple types of construction, including production homes, luxury and custom residential, as well as public works and commercial projects. Jon was a recipient of the 40 under 40 awarded by the North Bay Business Journal and pioneered the Northern California market for a homebuilding startup to help Sonoma County recover from the fires.

Miguel Rivera, Vice President

Miguel has working construction jobs since his childhood helping his brother on the weekends and summer. He began his career working with a local builder and worked his way to Superintendent. 

In 2006 Miguel started his own company and has been contracting since. Miguel has worked on various projects and construction types including but not limited to building wine labs, remodels and custom residential. He has a broad range of skills and expertise  to fit any project.
